Chakra Healing & Restorative Yoga
A Time To Heal, Restore and Re-Balance
Bringing the two incredible worlds of energy healing and Yoga together, this is a special 6-week yoga series designed to help heal, calm and reset your entire body. Each 60-minute session begins and ends with guided meditation specific to the Chakra of focus. A series of Yoga sequences is incorporated in the middle to help open and balance the Chakra we are focused on for that session. I also give you a little background on the Chakra we are focusing on, the role that it plays in our life and some little ways you can focus on it throughout the hectic week.
This is a 6-week Program, but you set the pace, meaning if you want to do all 6 weeks consecutively you can, if you want to spread it out a bit, you can do that too. Each week we focus on a specific Chakra as follows:
Week 1: Root Chakra
Week 2: Sacral Chakra
Week 3: Solar Plexus Chakra
Week 4: Heart Chakra
Week 5: Throat Chakra
Week 6: Third Eye and Crown Chakra
