The phases are designed to run in succession, guiding you through the entire journey. However, each phase is also crafted to stand alone, ensuring that no matter where you are in the process, support is always available.

Our registered dietitian will first gain an understanding of your dietary habits both prior to starting the peptide and during the first couple of weeks after you begin. Your customized plan will focus on maintaining as much muscle mass as possible during the initial rapid weight loss period. This will be paired with a fitness program designed by our certified personal trainer to start to identify and correct muscle imbalances and to increase mobility, stability, and range of motion.

Phase 2: Stabilization Phase
The focus of this phase is to preserve your metabolism as you near your weight loss goal. Our nutrition team will work with you to ensure your nutrition plan compliments the shift in your fitness plan - which will center around strength training.

Once you have reached your goal and have developed a solid foundation of healthy habits in both nutrition and fitness, we will introduce you to our counselors, who in conjunction with our nutrition team and personal trainer, will help you prepare to come off the peptide and utilize the knowledge and the confidence gained to move forward and maintain your results.
